retailer founded in 2014 in Washington, DC by Bobby Love Bienaimee and later
partner Cassidy McDaniels. The brand markets quality jogger pants, shorts,
t-shirts, long sleeve tees, training apparel, and Henleys for tall boys and
men.
Bobby,
a former basketball player at 6’8” and Cassidy a former baseball player at 6′
6” agreed on the major challenge they faced in finding clothes and shoes that
catered to tall guys. With business already in motion (just barely) it made
sense to partner up and grow the brand. Initially offering tall jogger pants
and tall tee’s the brand has slowly expanded throughout the years. The brand is
reflected by their slogan “dressing the extra not your ordinary male” which
comes from the idea that men over 6’4″ are not ordinary men (in terms of
standard height) and should be able to dress in styles and designs that are
offered for the men of normal height at reasonable costs. The company’s apparel
has been described as athleisure wear.
