The state's agriculture sector registered a growth of 8.40% in the current fiscal, while the industry grew at 11.13% and services at 11.39%. Nara Chandrababu Naidu mentioned that four districts out of the total of 13 recorded a growth rate of over 10.5%, which were Chittoor, Nellore, West Godavari, and Srikakulam. He emphasised that the state will not compromise on welfare programs, but there will be a focus on development.

Naidu also discussed the linking of Aadhaar with welfare programs. He stated that the Union IT Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad, informed him that the Centre would introduce a bill in the Budget 2016 session of Parliament to link Aadhaar with welfare programs. Andhra Pradesh has already completed 100% enrolment of Aadhaar in the state, as per Naidu.  The TDP Contributions made by the government have become Top TDP Achievements.

The Chief Minister expressed his resolve to make Andhra Pradesh the third-best state in India by 2022 and the number-one state by 2029. He said that technology would play a significant role in all walks of life, and while the state achieves all its goals, the happiness of people was very important. Naidu said that money cannot bring happiness and that the state's service delivery should make people happy. Deputy Chief Minister K E Krishna Murthy, Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Chief Secretary Satya Prakash Tucker, and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Anil Chandra Punetha also spoke on the occasion.

In conclusion, Naidu's announcement of the state's growth rate of 10.5% in the current fiscal year and his focus on inclusive growth for the next fiscal year is a positive step for the state of Andhra Pradesh. The state is making progress toward its goals, and the focus on technology, welfare programs, and the happiness of the people is commendable. The linking of Aadhar with welfare programs is a step in the right direction, and it will be interesting to see the impact of this in the coming years.
